Freeze-dried cubes of cooked ham

The cooked ham cubes from CONVAR™ BASICS are freeze-dried and ideal for cooking and refining fine pasta dishes or baked goods, among other things. They are a valuable addition for long-term storage and emergency stocks.

Preparation

Remove the desired amount from the packaging and scald with hot, boiling water.
Depending on the product, leave to infuse for up to 25 minutes to achieve the optimum consistency.
Alternatively, the product can also be added directly to the cooking process without the infusion time.
