Chana Masala is a classic dish from India and Pakistan, made mainly from Chickpeas. Chickpeas belong to the bean genus. They are particularly high in protein and are characterized by a high proportion of carbohydrates. Minerals such as iron, magnesium and zinc are abundant and therefore Chana Masala is ideal for replenishing empty reserves.
