High-quality, pre-cooked minced beef for versatile dishes

The minced beef from CONVAR™ BASICS is already cooked and carefully freeze-dried. It impresses with its first-class quality and is an ideal ingredient for a wide variety of recipes such as minced meat pans, stews, pasta or rice dishes. Its quick preparation and long shelf life make it an indispensable part of your long-term supply and emergency kit.

Preparation

Remove the desired amount from the package and pour boiling hot water over it. Use slightly more than twice the amount of water in relation to the desired amount of minced meat so that the minced meat is lightly covered (e.g. 33 g minced meat per portion with approx. 76 ml water).

Then let the product soak for approx. 10 minutes to achieve the optimal consistency. Afterwards, pour off the excess water.

Alternatively, the product can also be incorporated directly into the cooking process without soaking time.
