Description of Vegetable Mix
2-Liter-tin with 400g Vegetable Mix air dried (carrot cubes, parsnip cubes, leek flakes green/white, bell pepper flakes red, onions kibbled, zucchini cubes, parsley)
Ideal as an addition to stock, risotto, potato, lentil, stew and gratins.
Preparation: Soak in cold water, drain and process as fresh vegetables, or sprinkle directly into boiling bouillon/water and let it steep gently.
Makes 20 addition portions for the above mentioned dishes.
