Gouda Cheese cubes (coarse), fd

2-liter tin with 800g Gouda cheese cubes coarse (10x10x10mm), freeze-dried (freshness ratio 1:2).
Vacuum-sealed and sealed under protective atmosphere (Swiss Can Machinery).
Incl. plastic lid for easy resealing.

Application:

Direct consumption as “chips”.
Or soak in cold water until the cheese has its original consistency (approx. 30-45min).
Then the cheese can be processed further.
